Terms of Service
Plain language, short by design. By using the FarmBalance service or website you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Kairoi Co. OÜ.
FarmBalance delivers certified optimization plans for mining fleets — a provable minimum footprint, curtailment shed tiers, contract-backing sets and the other Fleet Book answers — each with a certificate you can verify with a spreadsheet. The free fleet audit is a read-only diagnosis line. Nothing is installed on your machines and no agent is deployed.
The service answers the fleet you send and returns certified results. You may not:
The fleet audit is free. Paid engagements (curtailment plans, the Fleet Book, recovery-share) are quoted flat and invoiced by Kairoi Co. OÜ, denominated in EUR and settled in USDC. Payment details travel on the invoice only. There is no percent-of-revenue arrangement except the explicitly agreed recovery share, which is metered by before/after certificates.
We receive integer counts and power caps only — model × count, container or circuit limits, and the rates you choose to share. No site access, no machine credentials, no names. The engine runs isolated on our infrastructure, stateless, and retains nothing beyond what is needed to produce and deliver your certified answers.
FarmBalance provides certified optimization plans; execution, sequencing, and site safety remain solely the operator's responsibility. Certificates prove mathematical optimality of allocations, not operational outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
