These terms govern the FarmBalance services provided by Kairoi Co. OÜ ("we", "us"). By engaging the services you agree to them.

1. What the product is

The product is a certified answer: a mathematical statement about the exact fleet file stated on its face, as of the date stated on its face, together with a proof recipe verifiable using standard mathematics. We provide certified optimization plans. Execution, sequencing, and site safety remain solely the operator's responsibility. Certificates prove mathematical optimality of allocations, not operational outcomes.

2. Business-only scope (B2B)

The services are directed exclusively at businesses. By using them you confirm you act in the course of trade, not as a consumer. All services are offered to businesses only.

3. Warranty — the Certified Number Guarantee

If a certified number is wrong, you don't pay.
If it's right, that is what you bought.

Certified answer. The product is a mathematical statement about the exact fleet file and date on its face, with a proof recipe verifiable using standard mathematics.
Complete warranty, narrow scope. Every line marked CERTIFIED is warranted completely. If any certified line fails verification against its own witness, we will void it in writing and the fee for that deliverable is waived or refunded in full. This is the sole and exclusive remedy, and it is tied to the liability cap in §6.
Nothing else is warranted. Lines marked ESTIMATE, YOUR INPUT, FINDING, or ASSUMED are provided for context, are not certified, and carry no warranty of any kind. This "as-is" treatment applies only to non-certified content; certified lines are warranted completely, on purpose.
Instance and date only. A certificate speaks solely for the fleet file and date on its face. It makes no statement about any other fleet, any later state, or any changed circumstance. Fleets change; when yours does, ask again — a fresh certificate is one file away.
Use is yours. What you do with a certified number, and whatever follows from doing it, is solely your decision and responsibility. We certify mathematics, not outcomes.
Input echo duty. Every deliverable restates (echoes) the inputs it answered. Verify the echo on receipt; the certificate answers the echoed instance. Discrepancies reported within 14 days are recomputed free.
B2B and cap. All services are offered to businesses only. Aggregate liability remains capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

4. Payment

Invoices are denominated in EUR and settled in the stablecoins EURC or USDC. Each payment is made to its own single-use deposit address, and the invoice cites the hash of the certificate it bills in the payment memo. We take no custody of your funds beyond payment of an issued invoice, hold no tokens on your behalf, and offer no revenue-share denominated in BTC.

5. Data

We receive only aggregate fleet files — model counts, power caps, committed hashrate, prices. We ask for no serials, IPs, site coordinates, credentials, or personal data. See the Privacy Notice for how those inputs are processed and retained.

6. Governing law and liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months, and the sole and exclusive remedy for a failed certified line is the waiver or refund of that deliverable's fee under §3(2).
